Refund policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
If an item arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package by emailing info@ourgypsycollection.com.au.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. You will be required to return the damaged product using a trackable shipping method at your own cost.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will provide a store credit to the same value or a full refund excluding shipping costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note: We do not accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or have had their tags removed.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products/ tools). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Accepted Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
